At Merci Lingerie, we want you to truly experience our beautiful lingerie and discover the perfect fit. We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be a bit tricky, which is why we offer free exchanges and returns to ensure you feel confident in your purchase.

We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of delivery. Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for panty products unless they are defective.

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange your purchase for a different size, we’re more than happy to help. Contact us via email at info@lingeriemerci.com and provide your order number.

We’ll provide you with a free return label, but please note that customers must cover any associated reverse duties. We’ll take care of the reshipment costs, but original outbound shipping fees from the order will not be refunded.

Return Policy

To initiate a return, simply contact us by email at info@lingeriemerci.com and provide your order number. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide a free return label.

Please ensure that returned products are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags and liners attached. We kindly ask you to wear underwear when trying on your purchase for the first time. If the returned item shows signs of wear or doesn’t meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Customers are responsible for any reverse duties. Please note that original outbound shipping fees from the order will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the product, we will notify you of its acceptance or decline. This process can take up to 7 business days from the date we received your returned product. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial institutions.
